A reactive approach is based on only responding to events after they have happened, and the damage has been done. The difference between these two approaches is the perspective each one provides the person in assessing actions and events.
I founded MYAC LIFE COACHING to fulfil my passion and lifelong dream of unlocking the motivation and happiness I know is concealed within every person. I use my methodology, individual life coaching sessions, workshops and seminars to help my clients achieve balance and success in their day to day while developing their personal growth and direction in life.

My name is Marinda Casalvolone. I am happily married and have 4 children from a strong and blended family. I have had a full and happy life but have also experienced many challenges: the loss of loved ones; coping with high work stress; studying to pursue my dream while working; being a mom and wife; making difficult career decisions; and raising 4 incredibly diverse young adults while building a family with my husband.
